1. Complete the wavier below (make sure you registered on our website too - if not, click HERE)

2. Get your items ready to sell and drop them off at the sale

3. Cash your check after the sale

In this form, you will choose:

  • Seller Waiver (required)
  • Drop Off time (required)
  • 2nd Drop Off (optional)
  • Pick Up time of unsold items (required - unless you donate unsold items)
  • Presale Shopping Pass (required)
  • Opportunity to earn 10% more on your sales (optional)

When is seller drop-off?

Sunday, Oct. 6th, 10am-7pm AND Monday, Oct. 7th, 10am-11am 

What percentage do sellers (consignors) earn at JBF?

  • Sellers earn 60% on your sales (Valet Sellers earn 45% on your sales) 
  • Sellers have an opportunity to earn 10% more if they share referral shopper cards with the community. JBF Germantown will draw the winning Seller at the end of the sale.

 

What if I have questions about how to sell with JBF?

  • Join our JBF Germantown Facebook Group for helpful tips, videos and discussions on how to sell
  • Visit the seller's page on our website
  • Print our JBF Seller's Guide for tagging tips and selling step-by-step help (it will be in your Welcome email & located on our website under the seller’s page.)
  • When you register, you'll also receive a series of emails that will help you each step of the way.

 

What type of items do you accept at the JBF Germantown sale?

You will find a complete list of 'Bring This Not That' on the seller's page of our website. 

How do I get paid for my sold items?

Sellers are sent an e-check via email within two weeks of the sale end. The Seller simply prints, endorses, and cashes the check at their financial institution.

Should I mark my items for Reduce & Donate?

It is completely your choice to reduce or donate your items. The choices are independent of each other and can be done differently for every item. Our sold tag analysis shows that sellers that mark all their tags to reduce and donate get the largest checks! It’s true... How? Those sellers that do not want to bring the items back home will price them competitively and reduce. They have a 99.9% better chance of selling!

* Marking REDUCE simply means that if your item hasn't sold before the half-price sale begins, it will then be available at half of the tagged price.

* Marking donate on your tags means that if your item is unsold by the end of the sale, it will be donated to our charity partners. Rest assured that there is a family in the community that will love and appreciate your generosity!
 

BONUS: you do not need to come to seller pickup if you choose DONATE for all of your items.

Do sellers get to shop early?

Yes!  Sellers plus 1 guest can shop early during both Pre-Sales!

 Tuesday, Oct 8th, 1p-8p and again during our ½ off Pre-Sale, Thursday, Oct 10th, 5p-7p.

 

When is seller pick-up for unsold items?

Sunday, Oct 13th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm ** any items that are not picked up by 5:31pm will be donated to our charity partner(s)

Is there a second drop-off?

Yes, the mid-sale second drop-off is Wednesday, Oct 9th, 7p-8p. This drop off is for large items only. Sorry, no clothing, shoes, or books will be accepted.


I'd rather just drop-off my items and get paid on the spot. Do you offer that?

Not at this time.... BUT, we are implementing this program in 2025!
